Project Overview
Polishing Lap Resurfacing needed a simple, focused website to explain a specialized service and give potential customers a clear way to make contact.
The goal was not to overbuild the project, but to create a clean one-page site that communicated the service clearly, worked well across screen sizes, and provided a reliable contact form for inquiries. The site also includes a simple payment option, allowing customers to submit payments directly through the website when needed.
While the site was intentionally kept lightweight, the WordPress-based structure also leaves room for future expansion if the business grows and additional functionality is needed later on.
Project Summary
The site began as a responsive HTML and CSS layout designed around a straightforward service offering. Because the project did not require a complex site structure, the design remained intentionally simple, with clear sections, direct messaging, and an easy path to contact.
The final build was implemented as a custom WordPress page template. While WordPress was more than the site strictly required, it provided practical advantages for managing the contact form, handling email delivery more reliably, and keeping the site easier to maintain over time.
This project is a good example of choosing a practical implementation based on the client’s needs rather than adding unnecessary complexity.
