Project Overview
I was brought in by N-of-Many, a Boston-based design studio, to translate their updated website designs into a WordPress build, working directly from detailed design specifications provided by the studio.
The project involved migrating the existing site from Webflow to WordPress while implementing a new visual direction. I worked closely with the studio throughout the process, building each page from their designs and refining them through iterative feedback. This included reviewing annotated screenshots, making targeted adjustments, and collaborating to ensure the final result matched the intended look and feel.
The focus throughout the project was on maintaining strong visual alignment with the original designs while adapting layouts thoughtfully for responsive behavior. Where the medium required adjustments, those decisions were approached collaboratively to preserve the overall design intent across devices.
This collaboration extended into additional projects, including work on sites for MIT Press, further building on an established and trusted working relationship.
Project Role:
I handled the WordPress development and front-end implementation for this project, working directly from detailed design specifications provided by the studio.
The build process was highly collaborative, with page-by-page refinements based on visual feedback. My focus was on translating the design accurately while ensuring it functioned cleanly across responsive breakpoints.
Where adjustments were needed, those decisions were approached collaboratively to maintain the integrity of the original design while adapting it for the web.
